YIKES!!! Cramping/spotting, sorry if TMI
I am 2-3 dpo and have been crampy all day, with a little lower backache. This afternoon I noticed some red streaks in my cm, not enough to come out on my panties but just enough to notice when I checked my cm (been checking to make sure it really did change back from a little EWCM to creamy/sticky). Its possible I would never have noticed it had I not been checking cm, not sure it was enough to ever make it all the way out, but was definitely red streaks, not pink. Has anyone had any experience with this? I cant say whether this is normal or not as Ive never been this observant with my cycle.....with DS3 I didnt track anything, just bd a lot all month long to get pg! Of course now that Im swaying I find myself obsessing over everything....great for the ole stress levels right??? Sheesh!!!

Blood thinning supps like baby aspirin, SP, and cranberry can make it more likely that you bleed after minor injuries. Around ovulation your cervix gets very soft and easily injured (from DTD and checking Cervix) and the blood thinners can aggravate this and make you notice bleeding from things you'd never have seen before.
Also, the blood thinning supps can contribute to O spotting even if you've never had it before and sometimes the blood takes some time to make it down and out. usually this is more pink or brown, but anything is possible.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you!! It was only that one time that I noticed it and now cm is normal. Your explanation, as usual, makes a lot of sense! I am sticking to diet in the 2ww but I did go to a horse show yesterday (I had not been riding as it makes mean muscle!). I spent the entire day riding and did not have any spotting of unusual cm so I am taking that as a very good sign, as usually if I ride during my period it can be quite heavy from the physical exertion.
