    Cardio--is this enough?

I'm on day ten of 60+ min cardio/day. I walk/jog 4-5 miles but I'm wondering if it's strenuous enough? I'm tired but not sore or anything and honestly really enjoy this! Never thought I'd say that, although we will see how I feel in 6.5 weeks ( or longer if I get a bfn!)

Just want to be sure I'm understanding the reasoning behind cardio-it's just to get your blood pumping for an hour or more, doesn't have to be training for a marathon or anything right?

I've been doing 6 weeks of an hour and fifteen minutes 6 days a week and I have tried to up either how fast I go or the incline bc I wonder the same thing..if it is "intense" enough? Sometimes I'm sore but a lot of times I'm not and hardly even sweat..so I get nervous it isn't enough

Yes! That is enough. Runners seem to have a lot more girls, too. Kudos to you for the exercise! Injuries kept me from running, but the elliptical and treadmill were enough for me

I do the same. Jogging for 60 min +. I really enjoy it.

I do not exercise very intensive. It is just to boost blood circulation. I think it is important to stay in an "aerob" phase. Thatīs when you can chat whilst running and thatīs best for fat burning!

Don't worry about it being strenuous, the 60 min. I believe to be the most important part. Yes no need to be preparing for the Olypmics or anything.

Anyone doing that much exercise has no worries about intensity. Ther is no need to be killing yourself with exercise.
