    What should DH do to sway pink?

    What can DH do to help sway pink? He's going to start cycling and jogging, he drinks lots of strong coffee (Starbucks French roast) and about 1-2 craft beers (IPAs and such) nightly.
    Are these things good? What else can he do?

    We don't do abstain because of age 38 so will just do a j&d. Ph-just doing antihistamine and aspartame drinks.
    That's all I got lol but doing a simple sway. There are a lot of dh options

    I have seen where older men should not abstain. Just curious why? My husband prefers holding off a few days so he's really ready if you know what I mean. He's 37 and we were thinking of holding off 5-7 days. Just curious!
