    My day today will be:

    6am coffee w/H&H

9am rice noodles with some hot pepper sauce (it's low sodium and AWESOME, Pepper Plant), FF ricotta with cocoa, a bowl of salad greens w/splash of vinegar and a few chopped up cherry peppers, a slice of swiss cheese, yogurt w/jam.

2pm yogurt w/jam, a matzo with some light mayo.

6pm cucumber peanut salad, babaganoush with cucumber slices, more rice noodles with hot pepper sauce.

Calories are around 1600, fat around 30%, protein around 50. My potassium may be a little low but I think the salad and babaganoush will help.

    Today-

    Woke up at 8 am

Ate lunch at 12:20- salad with peeled cucumbers, tiny bit of bacos, 2 tbsp of croutons, lettuce, pepper, and Paula Deen's vadala honey mustard dressing (this has been the lowest calorie/sodium dressing I have found besides the spray ones). A bowl of salt free pretzels, peppermint tea, and a large caff free diet coke.

Im going to try to go on and just eat dinner tonight since im close to ovulation and have actually gained weight back. With a few diet drinks in between.

    Protein- 8
    Sodium- 326

Dinner- I ate around 5:30... A veggie burger on low fat bread, with half a slice of reduced fat swiss cheese, lettuce, light mayo, a little ketchup, mustard, and fries.

I was drinking a lot of diet sodas and peppermint tea to keep me going.

at the end of the day...

calories- 635 "about" I rounded up high on a few things that I actually ate less of. So it's prob less.

sodium- 877 this I also added in extras so it might be less.

    protein- 35

    fat- 17

I went way over what I normally go on protein yesterday. But I drink a lot in the days leading up ovulation and eat like 2 meals and have a tiny snack. Yesterday it was a handful of salt free pretzels and cranberry juice before bed.

I like this product -- I'm concerned it might be discontinued, though. I bought the last two on the store shelves and if you go to Paula Deen's website, it doesn't list this kind of dressing (creamy vidalia, yes; vidalia peppercorn, yes; vidalia poppyseed, yes ... but no honey mustard).

But it looks like it's still possible to order online for the time being (while supplies last??).
