Immi, I would call that a positive. I've used that exact brand and my positives with them look just like that. I almost never get blaring obvious positives. The strips aren't the greatest quality (so thin, light dye) but have been surprisingly reliable for me.

I would BD tonight if I were you!

I took a hpt again this morning and it was darker than yesterday :-) I am still waiting on the results of my blood test, my doctors surgery was closed yesterday but I'm hoping to get them today sometime between 2 and 5. Will update when I know either way :-)

True - it really might be too early. At my 9 dpo+ I took a Wondfo at home that morning and got a BFN. At the doctor's mid morning their test gave me a BFP since it was more sensitive. There's still hope!

Big temp dip for me this am, but that's okay! I wasn't thrilled with our attempt and I'll gladly give up my BFP for someone else to have it (:cough: Maiden!). Clomid this cycle! Hopefully that will help with short LP too.

Well AF came this morning so I'm definitely out. I'm feeling super grumpy about it even though we've only been TTC 2 months. DS took 5 months to conceive, which I realize isn't that long compared to how long many women wait, but I really wanted my little ones close in age so I'm hoping this doesn't take forever. When looking at the results spreadsheet for TTC pink, it seems that the majority conceive in one cycle!

Thank you so much True :) I'm cautiously optimistic at the moment :) I have been feeling a lot like that lately, nauseous on waking up and after eating, overly hot and sweaty and using the loo more often, so maybe it is a sign for you, seeing as I have been having what I like to call "dodgy positives" lol perhaps you will just have a late bfp :-)

Pbn3, if it does end up being O-3 or O-4 you can totally still get pregnant. I've conceived from O-6! I had 2 flashing smileys my first month using the CBAD and Oed 2 days after my first solid smiley. The second month I had 3 Highs and Oed 1 day after my first solid smiley. Then after that the majority of months I had 4 days of flashing/High and Oed the day after first Peak. There was one month I used too different concentrations of urine and got endless Highs through O and another random month I only got 2 days of High. But when used carefully 4 Highs then O the night of the day after Peak was my norm.

I've been so crampy and emotional today. Right now, just want to sit and cry (some of that is the church shooting here; so sad). But, I feel like aside from some blood this morning after using bathroom first thing I've had NOTHING. I even wore a pad just to make sure it was AF and there's been nothing on it. Just wish AF would start so I can begin day 1 and start Clomid day 5. I'm so worried I won't know AF day 1 and I'll start it all wrong. Just make it easy for me to knowwwww!

Pbn3, forgot to add, my mom conceived B/G twins at age 47, dad was 58! I am sure she miscarried due to her age not his. She may have even had an abortion, I'm not sure...I was just 11. Plus our family has a bad track record with twins, about half the time one or both twins miscarry. :/

True I've said b4 on here that I tested 3 times around af due with my first and all were negative. With ds2 I got a very very faint line 8dpo so every pregnancy is different don't give up hope just yet :)

I get lots of pain throughout my cycle - it's like I can feel EVERYTHING my ovaries do. It makes pinpointing any type of pain miserable; and it's never very comfortable. So I always envy people who don't feel anything. Funny how we always want opposite! [emoji6]

It's definitely my hormones going nuts with AF, but that's good! I haven't had a heavy AF or crazy hormones since getting off BC so I'm taking it as a good sign! Hey Ladies! Congrats to everyone with BFP this month! I'm finally out this month. Today marks CD1 and I'm going in for hormonal bloodwork and ultrasound tomorrow because CD3 falls on Sunday. Has anyone else been tested on CD2 instead of CD3? I really don't want to wait another month to test. Anyway, see everyone else in July for TTC month 4. It's getting kind of exhausting. I've been on the LE for 5 months now and I really just want a burger. I am eating chicken now though within limits.

I had the choice to get BW on CD2 or CD4. My RE said either one didn't make much of a difference. I chose CD4 because I thought CD2 might have been too early for FSH levels.

March 1st is an awesome DD. Pisces baby no matter what most likely.

I have been having some low backache since I woke up plus a uterine soreness/almost-cramping in the front, and a few bouts of brief but strong O like pain that felt in between my L ovary and center of uterus, snd also on my right ovary. Almost like pulses. Trying not to get my hopes up, it is so difficult for me to not read into these things, even though I've experienced similar in many BFN cycles. Since my temp dropped today (6DPO) further after yesterday's drop, it could mean AF will arrive soon, as I get lots of little aches and pains the few days before and have a short LP often. Argh, time is passing so slowly! I kinda want to either be pregnant or have a 35 or under day cycle. Last month's longest cycle ever in my entire life was so depressing; even though my LP was decent it so did not make up for my latest O ever.

Yes immi it waits for 3? I think days of elevated temps before it gives you crosshairs. Can you screenshot your chart and upload so we can have a look? Maiden is excellent at reading charts. May need to wait a couple days for confirmation but put it up anyway so we can have a looksee :)

Hey Ladies! Congrats to everyone with BFP this month! I'm finally out this month. Today marks CD1 and I'm going in for hormonal bloodwork and ultrasound tomorrow because CD3 falls on Sunday. Has anyone else been tested on CD2 instead of CD3? I really don't want to wait another month to test. Anyway, see everyone else in July for TTC month 4. It's getting kind of exhausting. I've been on the LE for 5 months now and I really just want a burger. I am eating chicken now though within limits.

Ok I'm confused and hope someone can help clear this up. I've just had some cm (enough to leave a wet patch on knickers sorry if tmi) and when I got some on my finger is was like watery creamy? I got my forst solid smiley yesterday morning so I'm wondering why cm hasn't dried up? I've had so little cm last few cycles so nothing to compare to. I've been under alot of emotional stress this week unrelated to ttc, I was in a situation only just a couple hours ago that had my heart rate up and that sick to your stomach feeling. Is there any possibility o maybe delayed this cycle? Or is cm through and post o normal?? (I expected to o today as I didn't yesterday going by temps. Thoughts anyone? Hi immi I was just checking my previous charts and one (the last one) I've recorded creamy cm 2 days after o which doesn't line up with this chart?? It can't have been much again or I'd remember but obviously it was an oddity for me to record it. I think atomic would tell me to stick to every 4 days which I will if I haven't got a temp rise in morning. Its so confusing lol and thank you for your reply I feel this last week I've been mentally obsessing on multiple things despite telling myself not to lol

Oh and I have 3 more digital test sticks but thought they stopped working as such after first solid smiley? It's still showing solid smiley from yesterday morning. And I've run out of cheapies and besides that I never got a good result from them thats why I was wary even of the digitals - anyway I was just so curious of the cm?

So tomorrow would be your 4th day? I'm not sure how the every 4 days works (whether you count the day you BD as day 1 or the next day as day 1). Fingers crossed if you have ovulated you caught it - or if you are ovulating that another BD will catch that egg! I think stress can make your cycle go haywire - so could explain the 'lateness' if that is what it is ;)

Sorry I was editing above post when you answered. I take 4 days as in 24 hour increments from bd so because I bd Wednesday night Sunday night would be 4th day :) and if I don't have a temp rise in morning I'll try again tomorrow night just in case. Another pain in the butt thing is my temps seem to be running high this month these are my usual temps after o from memory so just more to add to the confusion lol. I'm really not that worried strangely more curious than anything I've accepted the fact this month is out so I've kinda moved onto next cycle as such :)

True, I think I am more in tune with my body bc of charting for so long, BUT I feel way more ovarian activity now than I did when I was younger, which seems to be a common trend. Also I'm a freak and have 3x the normal amount of nerves in my body. I really wonder how much more I'd fe8el off my pain meds, which I've been on continuously for almost 6 years, with only short breaks to keep tolerance down. I'm sorry to see your temp drop and BFN again...very annoying. Many times I get my highest temp 1-2 days before AF, which I find very mean and misleading! I hope that doesn't happen to you...or to me again this month given today's crazy high temp.

Immi, I agree CD15 looks like O day! If you temp orally which I assume you do, then talking will lower your temp. Definitely stick with the first temp.

Pbn3, it is super common for CM to begin to turn creamy on O day...I have had that happen many times. Also, especially if you drink lots of water, creamy CM can be quite wet and runny. It often is for me. Plus keep in mind, swaying can radically alter your usual CM pattern.

Hi maiden this is my chart. I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be posting for awhile. I had a real bad low tonight I was awful to my boys and I'm actually sitting here having my second cigarette in god knows how long. Not talking to dh as he said any smoking xwill stop any ttc etc but I just don't care atm. I know by tomorrow I may be back up and at them so to speak but my personal issues have gotten the best of me for the moment. If only

Aww Pbn3 I'm so sorry to hear that, I have a lot of low days, albeit for different reasons, but I don't have a family and all the added stress/responsibility that brings. A single cigarette is not the end of the world, and if you were ever addicted, you are a very strong woman to have given them up pretty much completely! Cigs are actually THE most addictive drug. So really you should be proud of yourself. :)

That temp rise doesn't look that small to me, definitely looks like you probably Oed, so yay for that.

Ladies, my breasts started feeling tender earlier today and now late tonight my nipples are so sore! Not usual at all for me, in BFP cycles or otherwise. I did get these symptoms most months on Vitex, but I've been off that for over 6 months. Man I hate when I get weird symptoms in TTC cycles, it inevitably gets my hopes up...even though I know not to assume! Also, does anyone else find that one nipple is more sensitive/gets more sore than the other? It used to always be my L, but since my surgery it's now always the R. So weird! It's not like anything was done to my nipple...

Ash, I wouldn't test till 16dpo but it's highly unlikely I will get there, im 9dpo today and my LP is 9-10 days on aversge. At most 11. At least I will be on CD3 on a week day so I can accurately test my LH and FSH, plus retest my testosterone , DHEAs, and SHBG levels . Hopefully they aren't skewed by O being so extremely delayed this cycle.

Sorry to whine so much but it's a very bad day...I have a meeting in a couple hours with builders and I am really not up for it but can't put it off.

Ash, I wouldn't test till 16dpo but it's highly unlikely I will get there, im 9dpo today and my LP is 9-10 days on aversge. At most 11. At least I will be on CD3 on a week day so I can accurately test my LH and FSH, plus retest my testosterone , DHEAs, and SHBG levels . Hopefully they aren't skewed by O being so extremely delayed this cycle.

Sorry to whine so much but it's a very bad day...I have a meeting in a couple hours with builders and I am really not up for it but can't put it off.

My update: I'm around 8dpo. Signs are excellent. I won't poas until Wed. at the earliest, and only if things look really promising. I would wait until af is due, but I've got visitors coming next weekend.

I may actually O again this month. My RE put me on clomid cd3-7 which means that I could O in the next 6 days. I'm not going to get my hopes up though because that would be cd12 and I have never o'd that early before. I have never used clomid before. Does anyone know if it can make you O much earlier than usual? I typically O around cd18-20.

Momamia, yes, Clomid should make you O earlier. On average, for women who have regular cycles and O on their own, O will happen 5-10 days after the last Clomid dose. 7 days after is most likely, so you can hope to O around CD14. :) Sometimes women who O regularly late like yourself (and I as well) will O later than expected on low (under 100mg) doses of Clomid, either around 10 days after their last dose or as late as they O normally on their own, or sometime in between. Just a headsup. 5/6 of my pregnancies were from earlier than usual O, so I hope when I try Clomid that I owe close to CD14. So I understand wanting to O early and being excited about the possibility! Fx you get a nice fresh egg SOON.

Taytum, thanks and yes....I am building a guest house. I bought an old hotel on a lot of land (60% pasture, 40% forest) and it is very complicated and full of red tspe bureaucracy to build here, bc I'm not in my village's official building zone, I'm outside the village and they don't like people building there so they make it as difficult and costly as possible. I wish I had known before I bought the property! The hotel is fsllinh apart and I hate it....but it will be a while before I can build my dream home. So I'm building an semi illegal guest house so I have a decdnt, non-depressing place to live in in thr meantime. What are your building plans?

Maiden - glad momamia asked the question; I've been wondering when I'll O this month with the Clomid! Hoping sooner rather than later, and I'll be going in for a 21 day progesterone test as well which I'm glad for.

That sounds like you have a lot going on, but what a great idea to have a little hideaway! Will it be like a cottage? Will you be selling the hotel?

We're just beginning the process of looking for land. We have a piece picked out; it will just depend on whether DH's uncle wants to sell us a chunk of it. We also have a lot in town picked out, but DH is afraid he won't be able to build an extra garage the size he wants on it. So we'll see!

Side note: has anyone read the book "The Girl on the Train"? I just finished it and it was so good! Those of you looking for something to do, I recommend it! [emoji4]

Maiden the misleading symptoms are the worst!! I remember being absolutely convinced I was preg this one month ttc ds2 it wasn't until 3rd day of af that I admitted it wasn't heavy implantation bleeding lol. Good luck with your builders you're home and land sound amazing! So you'll be building a new home and not restoring the hotel?

True, the meeting went fine, it was about the septic system and water well/geothermal energy drilling, plus getting electricity down to the entrance/beginning of my driveway which is really long bc I have so much land and the house is way up on the hill above the main road. Boring stuff...and I had to ask more questions than usual bc my brain was struggling with the technical German due to fatigue. Apparently the ssptic system needs to be checked/maintained biweekly if not weekly! The town of which my village is an administrative subunitis required to provide me with sewage solution, but bc I live outside of the village they can't hook me up to the sewer system without digging up the main road, so they are building and almost completely paying for a septic system on my land. I had to decide if I wanted down right by the main road (lots of expensive pipe-laying) or halfway along my driveway (half as much piping, but then they will need a key/code to access my gated driveway - I'm hoping to have the forested land around my house spot fully, securely enclosed, ideally with a high stone wall, at the moment it's mostly enclosed with a 40 year old low, rusted chain link fencing). I chose the latter but now I'm kinda having second thoughts, bc the whole reason I bought this property was for ptivacy & security. It's still crazy to me that any septic system requires so much maintenance!

TaytumJ- I read that book a few months ago and loved it!! So fast paced and I ended up having a lot of sympathy for the protagonist. It also made me think about some things a bit differently. Your house plans sound exciting!

Maiden- I've had some twinges but I'm just sick of thinking I'm pregnant every month only to be let down so I'm trying to assume I'm not pregnant so as to be less disappointed. Your building issues sound like such a hassle but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end!

Pbn3- TTC can make us so crazy! I could totally relate to your "implantation bleeding" story :) Dealing with the hope and disappointment can be so hard.

Hello ladies! I think we are so stressed with idea of pregnancy and GD and other work/ family related things that our bodies are out of control.

I am 7 DPO today, started to feel bit of sore breasts light cramps in lower abdomen. I think this month may be out for me as well. As these are the signs I see every month before AF.

I would test everyday from dpo 10 and get a bfn hoping it will turn into a bfp but got so disappointed and worse when af arrived....if i wait until thursday (dpo12) at least i know it will be a definite no as af will arrive the next day. If i get a bfp it will be a good birthday present for my dh 😆

I have been ttc for 4 months, had a 2 months break and now my first cycle ttc again. Does that make it 5 cycles or im back to cycle 1?

Hi immi! I'm 4dpo and FF hasn't even given me dotted crosshairs lol. Does your temp normally drop b4 af? Mine stays high until 3 or 4 days into af b4 dropping, so I'll stop tempting till next af once I get crosshairs :)

Honestly I dread taking my temp every morning. I try not to get my hopes up as it has been 6 months since the miscarriage and it hasn't happened yet and I am sick of getting my hopes up just to get disappointed.

I used to be excited about my temps every morning though :)

Right now I just try not to think about it as much as possible. Which I'm awful at : D
