Oh my 9lbs 2oz....
Was your ds3 on time or early??

I know.. my stupid dr. told me he didn't think he was over 7lbs! I was so uncomfortable. I told my Dr that if he didn't give me an induction date I wouldn't be coming back (ya right) My son came the day before i was to be induced.

Ds1 and Ds3 were both 3 weeks early @ 37 weeks

Far out purple Sky!! 7lbs 12oz is a good size for 3 weeks early!!! I wounder why they get bigger each one you have?

January 17th, 2012, 01:01 AM
For me DS1 was 7lb 9oz (8 days late) 9 1/2 hr labour, natural, no drugs
DS2 was 8lb 9oz (6 days late) just under 4hr labour, natural, no drugs - even tho his labour was shorter, i remember it to be more painful than my first, dont know if size has anything to do with it or not.
And i am quite little - 5ft3, 51kg. I am hoping the next one wont be even bigger. My sister who is 5ft9, approx 52kg had 2 babies naturally with no drugs over 10lb!! So big babies seem to run in the family...:nails:

Lala I dont know why i am so scared but cant help it!! I thought 7lbs 2oz was big!!!
My cousin just had a baby girl today her first baby and it was 9lbs5oz and she had her natural ( OUCH)

I was told (again by my stupid Dr.) that I couldn't carry a big baby because I am pretty small. I am 5"3 and was about 102lbs when I conceived DS2. But my mom was pretty small and my little brother was over 10 lbs

January 17th, 2012, 01:20 AM
My nana said to me that she never over ate when she was preg she had 6 kids all under 8 pounds.. The dr told her not to over eat because it can make your babies bigger?? these days they say thats not the case but going back then she was told by the dr that no woman should have to give birth to a 9lb baby its just too big? These day 9 lbs is average isnt it?

pinkin2011
January 17th, 2012, 01:23 AM
My mum is 5"1 we were all about the 8 lbs but she never had a natural birth all c-sec they did an xray on her at the end of her pregnancy and said her pelvis is too small.. My mum has type 1 diabetes aswell i think thats why they checked to see if her pelvis was big enough incase we were huge!

I agree, height doesn't actually correspond to pelvic size, or in particular the pelvic opening

Lemon, I am sure the butt pain is a nerve thing. I will have to look it up, but I think maybe the vagus nerve is involved??
A friend of mine had a very swollen abdomen and pains recently. She has PCOS. It turned out her ovaries were making loads of follicles but not releasing them each month, so her ovaries were swollen and painful. Obviously I am not saying you have the exact same thing, but it is definitely worth having it looked at.

Pinkin, neither of mine were very big...6lb 13oz and 6lb 14oz. I had them both induced 2 weeks early for medical reasons and had quite a traumatic birth with DS1. When I knew I was going to be induced with DS2 I was worried about it being another difficult delivery, and although it was not a walk in the park, it was a thousand times better. I think every birth is unique and although there is no way of knowing what it will be like, at least your body has been through it once before, which can help. Having such a quick labour, your body would not have had a chance to gradually deal with the delivery. An average baby is between 7 & 8 lbs. 9 & 10 lb babies are considered big.

Lala, your situation with your DH sounds much like mine. My DH is more than happy to stick with 2 children and was only 1 day away from having a vasectomy when I told him I would really love to have another. Recently he seemed so distant and quiet that I was worried he was having second thoughts, but we were able to talk about it and he is onboard. He has a very stressful and busy job, so I think the thought of going back to dealing with a newborn is daunting at times. Our boys are quite big now (4 and almost 6), so they are pretty 'easy' in a lot of ways. They have been talking a lot lately about wanting a baby sister, so I know they are keen! Anyway, GL with your sway. I am sure it will all work out .

Lala, I meant to say that most here seem to have been BD soon after getting the smiley/+OPK. If you wait for 18 hours, you run the risk that you could miss O. I know that I usually O the day after I get a +OPK, however a couple of months I have O the same day as my +OPK. Perhaps you know what is normal for you?

lemon2012
January 17th, 2012, 07:23 AM
Thanks Peony!
I did have PCOS before DS1 and they checked my ovaries and we saw tons of follicles unable to be released. However, since then I have not had the same problems and with normal FSH and TSH levels I should be ovulating and releasing a follicle.
I think I had one attempt around 0-2....debating trying again this am before work.

Welcome Lala!
I think I ended up doing your sway plan!
I bd just before or right when the positive OPK showed up.
It would be a little under 2 days.
Do you think that is good?
That is how we made DS 2 so I figure a 50-50 chance means this one should be a girl! lol!

Pinkin...my first son was 8 lbs 7 ounces and my second son was 7 lbs 15 ounces.
Not all second babies are bigger!

I'm taking my opk before or after lunch... have not had anything to drink since 10am so hopefully should be concentrated enough. I did check again and it does seem high, er, I think... and what CM I could get was little but seemed stretchy, i.e. can stretch between fingers... though very little amount! I'm not normally this 'dry', so allergy tablet must be working! I'm so paranoid about missing a positive OPK because I accidentally began testing late! How quickly on average would
CM change post ovulation? Writing this on my home so apologies on any strange typos!

Just a Q about size of babies... I have only been through one birth ( natural) was 4.5 hrs and it was sooo painful, Our d/s was born on his due date and weighed 7pounds 2 ounces... I am so scared of having anything bigger then that pretty much i am just scared of childbirth.. They say the next ones are usually bigger?? Is that the case with you girls?

My boys were 7 lbs 5 oz., 7 lbs. 8 oz., and 9 lbs. 3 oz. I had an epidural with the DS1 but DS2 and DS3 were both completely natural.

Not necessarily, but for me, my boys were 9lbs 13oz, 8lbs 12oz, 7lbs 8oz & 8lbs 9oz.I do not dilate at all. So my first son was twelve hours of no dilation and overdue, which ended in a c-section. So a total of 4. Friends of ours just gave birth to a 10.5 baby boy vaginally and she did just fine.

pinkin - have you considered hypnobirthing? I did this for my first birth and it really does help you manage yourself so you don't interpret it as pain. I had a good birth (pain-free, other than crowning) using those techniques.

My DS1 was 8lbs 11oz, and DS2 8lbs 5oz. Both C sections!

Lemon~ did you attempt before work today?

Lala~ I've seen many ladies on here attempt at the first positive smiley OPK. They say on average you O 24-48 hrs later.

Peonyprincess~ My story is similar. My boys are 4 and 5 years old. They are such a breeze. dh was set on being done. What changed was an oopsie pregnancy (girl) which I lost (chromosome issues), I was beyond distraught and DH without me asking said, "we'll just try again".
I don't care that my life will become more hectic again. The boys will both be off on the bus all day at school in September, and I would love to be with a baby (girl) all day! (when I'm not in the office, LOL)

DS1 was 8 lbs 7 oz
DS2 was 9 lbs

Both were sections. They have big heads and I was in active labor with DS1 but his head got stuck and his heart rate started plummeting, so they did an emergency C-section. 2nd son was scheduled section as he was ahead in measurements and according to ultrasound he was going to be a big boy. They were thinking he may have even been closer to 10 lbs!

My mom is trying to be more postive, saying she'll love whoever I have, although she has to keep adding in that she hopes it's finally "my girl." At least she's trying harder....

MIL, who was against us adding to our family, just smiled tightly and didn't say much. At least she wasn't negative, that was good. She was probably thinking some thoughts, but I have to give her credit for keeping her mouth shut.

My cousin who was unable to have a second child has been awesome and very supportive! She is a lovely woman and I hope she kicks this breast cancer in the butt for good! I :awe: her support and well wishes!

Pinkin & Katie, FX you get a BFP!! I know ya'll are around 3-4 dpo?? but how early are you going to test? I did get my BFP around 9 / 10 dpo, so FX an early result to put you out of the 2WW!

Lemon, I hope this is your month! I understand about your trip in March, but still hope some girl sperm got in there and found their way to the egg!

Hope n Dreams, still can't wait to hear about your attempt in Feb! Yay for getting your health back on track!

My twins were 7lbs and 6lbs1oz at 37weeks 5 days. I was in labour for 27 hours with an epidural, then they gave me a c-section because of failure to progress.

DS3 was 8lbs6oz and was born almost exactly on his due date. Total labour from my first pains until birth was about 9-10 hours. It was a completely natural birth (though a VBAC), and I was home from the hospital 2 hours later!

My OPK at 1.40pm was faintly there. I think the control line is faint, too, so maybe that's why it seems so faint.

I had stretchy (though very little) CM lunchtime so I'm just hoping these cheap OPK's are just generally on the faint side.

I guess I cant complain about my birth it was quick and staight forward only pain relief was the gas.. I just remember it was that painful i couldnt even talk or even make a noise??? Was just horrible.. I am not even preg yet and I am already worried about it!!!!

Katie I am 5dpo today last night i had twinges and cramps going on in there I dont know what it would be caused by because you wouldnt get cramps if implantation hasnt happend if i was preg? I have made up my mind to start testing on the 23rd at 10 dpo

is that only in certain hospitals RF ?

no, it's a course you study at home. I started doing the exercises at 28 weeks and listened to the music and practised breathing/relaxation/birthing affirmations every day up until I gave birth. It has LOADS of benefits for the mother and also for the baby... and even for the father who becomes more involved in the birth.

I managed the whole birth with just gas and air, although didn't need the gas and air for any pain - I accepted it because they told me it might lower my blood pressure which was very high. Next time I will refuse the gas and air as it made me feel like I wanted to fall off the bed.

I strongly recommend it to anyone as it feels as if it's the way birth ought to be.

Is that the case with you girls?

my first was 8 pound 9 ounces, born at 38 weeks,
my 2nd was 7 pound 3 ounces , born at 37 weeks,
my 3rd was 6 pound 10 ounces , born at 35 weeks,
my 4th was 9 pound 1 ounce, born 41 weeks,
all natural, no meds or anything.

from my personal experience, the bigger the baby the easier the pushing stage was.
and size of the baby dosent really affect the pain of the birth, but the duration of the labour does.
the faster the labour, the more intense and painfull.

my longest labour was 6 hours, and was the easiest to deal with, because the pain and intensity gradually increased.
my shortest labour was 52 minutes start to finish!, and i wouldnt reccommend it to anyone.
it was full on right from the start, there was no building up to it, i had first contraction, then 2nd 8 mins later, then 3rd 4 mins later, then they were back to back.

it was great to get it over with nice and fast, but i swear, it was so full on and intense, that for a long time after i didnt want to have any more babies, because i didnt want to have to go through that again.

I'm feeling a smidge better. My headache is not as bad as it was before, but I still just feel off. My dinner didn't taste good to me, but I made myself eat. I'm just trying to relax a little now before I head to bed for the night. How are you feeling?

pinkin2011

Im ok I put d/s in my bed and got him to have a lay down with me that was at 8.30am and its now nearly 12pm we got up at 11.30am! I still just have that sickly kind of feeling... Oh i dont know what it is!

January 18th, 2012, 12:37 AM
Pulling sounds promising!

Thanks for asking, peony-I'm not sure. We ended up getting 3 attempts in after the smiley face, one 5 hours after, one 17 hours after and one 26 hours after. I still only felt the slightest bit of cramping with no o pain at all, so I don't even feel like I o'd, but I am trying to believe that I did based on that smiley face! I had a cheat day today and ate whatever I wanted, will try to go back to normal tomorrow!

How are you holding up? Did you say you're cd6?

PeonyPrincess
January 18th, 2012, 12:54 AM
That sounds great Amari! Auroara didn't think she O at Christmas, and then she got a BFP, so I'm sure it was just your body tricking you.

Yep I am CD6, so just waiting. AF is all but gone but I won't need to start doing OPKs for a while. I usually start doing them on CD11 but will likely start on CD10 for this most important month! I have organised to have a facial on the weekend and I will do my usual Saturday morning yoga/tai chi/pilates class, so I should be nice and relaxed anyway. As long as my DH gets home on the plane as planned next Wed evening then everything will be good.

It's my niece's 1st bday today and there is a party for her tonight. I got to go girl shopping!! I kind of love it and hate it at the same time. I bought her the most divine little shoes; god i hope i will buying precious little things for my own daughter soon! I'm a little bit worried about food at the party tonight though:worry: I made a whole heap of chocolate rum balls (minus the rum) last night and didnt even lick the spoon - talk about will power! I'm going to say that i am on a diet but i cant eat nothing...not sure what exactly is going to be there but i doubt anything will be girl friendly; think i might have a glass of wine/champagne though - hope it wont ruin my sway. Particularly worried because I should be O any day now, i dont want something to stuff it up when I'm so close to the end, and i have been so strict on my diet. Basically since AF i've only eaten 2 pieces of white bread with strawberry jam at 12pm, a coffee during the afternoon and some pasta with parmesan for dinner; and peppermint tea and caffeine free diet coke. So pretty much eating next to nothing. I cant believe i have to deal with this when I'm due to get a smiley face. Seems so unfair!!:hair:

Lala, I have to shop for a girl's birthday soon...but she wants lego! I do always send my niece cute fairy outfits and things though. I am not surprised you think you won't be able to eat anything at the party. You are barely eating anything! My diet is a lot less restrictive. I wouldn't survive otherwise. I am going out on Friday night with DHs work. I have already decided to allow myself my first glass of wine since New Year. White wine is preferable over red if that helps. Maybe you should take some hommus dip and celery sticks along too! I have rum balls in the fridge that I haven't been able to touch. You are right, it does take a lot of will power! Anyway, just remember that 1 cheat will not ruin your sway.

I've been watching this TV show over the past couple weeks. I started with the very first episode and have watched a couple episodes a night after the boys go to bed, trying to get caught up with the entire series... and all the sudden I'm on episodes where some of the characters start talking about and planning to have a baby. It's been making me crazy!

Hey are you having any cramps or anything?

xokatietatie
January 18th, 2012, 03:02 AM
Not at the moment, but I have been having some off an on. That's why I feel so off, nothing is consistent. One minute I have a headache so bad that I just want to curl up into a ball in a very dark room, and then a while later I feel better. One minute I've got cramps and pains, and then they're gone. One minute I feel okay, and then next I feel I might get sick. I don't know if I'm coming or going, lol. At the current moment, I am feeling okay... minus the fact that I am incredibly tired but can't sleep and my nose is still a little runny.

What's going on with you?

Pinkin and Katie, wow you guys sound so preggers already with all those symtoms! FX its a good sign for big BFPs soon!

Peony, your weekend with the facial and yoga/pilates sounds so awesome and relaxing! Because I can be somewhat of a stress head, I'm really thinking of looking up or finding some prenatal yoga to help relax me, or some kind of excerise that centers on focusing and relaxing. I think it would be so serene!

Lemon and Out of the Blue, how are you guys feeling? You guys still around?

I still have some indigestion and not all food agrees with me, and some exhaustion, but besides those few things, I feel good. Sometimes so good I forget I'm pregnant then I eat something that my body doesn't like...and I'm like, yep, definitely preggers, avoid that evil food! For right now it's sweets...of any kind will turn my stomach after i eat it, which is a pity to miss out on, lol.

He changed his Facebook profile picture to my current newly uploaded avatar picture I am using. He found the picture first! LOL, he hasn't announced it on Facebook and I haven't either, but it's pretty dang obvious what the message he's sending...he said he's team pink now, lol, hoping for a daughter...sometimes he is so dang thoughtful that it makes my heart melt :HH:

Before we annouced it formally on Facebook with DS2, he changed his profile pix to an oven with a cinnamon bun inside...LOL. There were lots of people on his Facebook guessing about that one! This time he is being way open about it!

Hi, all. I've not logged on since Friday moring so I have no clue what is going on with everyone. I'm hoping we have several of us in the 2ww! :cheer: Better yet, I'm hoping there are several w/teeny tiny wee little pink beans growing inside!!!

As for me, I don't think I'll ovulate this cycle so I'm probably out until February. I'm CD22 and still no O. My body geared up 2x since Thurs to O but it's just not happening. I'll just continue to do the diet and wait for AF to come so I can have a nice cheat day and drown my sorrows in nachos...May be another 10 days before AF finally comes though since my cycles are so long.

8DPO BFN of course. I know it's too early, but also got my progesterone results from CD19 which was 8.9, so I doubt I will get a BFP this month. It needs to be higher right? I did O on CD16, so was the blood work done too early/late? My OB would like it to be at least at 16. She might put me on progesterone supplements next cycle along with the Clomid. I am schedule for an ultrasound of my uterus next Tuesday at 8:30am to see why it is so enlarged and maybe why I am not getting pregnant.

My iron levels are at 12.2 from 8.9 so that is good, but not good when I thinking great my levels are getting back to normal which lowered they were swaying girl grrrrh. It's a catch 22!!!

I am discouraged today and feeling so jealous of friends that just welcomed their first baby today. A little boy and he is so sweet!!!

I didn't do much of anything today, just relaxed and hung out with the boys... but I still had waves of nausea. I'm a tiny bit crampy now, but not bad. I think it might be from checking my cervix though.

lemon2012
January 18th, 2012, 09:12 PM
Hi,
I am still here...but busy!
I work full time with two little ones and they started karate twice a week.

I am probably 2 days past o...of course, my temp never went up and the OPK was getting dark again. I dtd just in case....but it was 630 am and I just did not want to risk it...like I said, just in case!
I ended up with only one cd....pretty sad actually as we tried two more times in the two fertile days. The one time we were interrupted about 5 times due to a dog and running children from their bedrooms. After that I got so dismayed and uptight I could not do it. The last attempt was 7 am and I had to be in the car at 720 am and the kids were running around....and it was just not happening!
I am hoping a one time, one shot wonder is all it takes.
I conceived 5 years ago that way....ugh, I am old.
However, if I am not pg....I have plans to see a naturopath for acupuncture and we are heading south for a holiday! It might help us relax and let things happen.
I think swaying is not for me and that is why we have spent so much time trying. Maybe if we give up....!!!

Pink and Katie...I hope things are happening in there for you!
It sounds like it!!!!
Katie, you are too cute checking your cervix to find something to do,...!
Pink, how old is your little one? Are you in England? It sounds like you have an accent in your writing if that is possible!
9 dpo might be too early! I did that with my first time trying and there was a line and then it went away...it might have been there but did not stick. THen again, how cool would it be to see it come in and get darker and darker! Mocha had that happen!!! I think it was 10 dpo though. GL and let us know!!!!

ootb..what is going on with your body???

auroara....I think it is a girl!!!!
And meant to be!

Is it surgena waiting to o???? GL!

Lala, are you off to the party...it is hard to keep up!

One cheat does not matter!
I think the diet is meant for a long period of time to change the environment but indulging in non girl food is not going to make a difference.

I hated buying girly clothes! It made me sad to think I would never buy one for a daughter of my own.
How does it happen so easy for other people!

Hi Hope!
How are you doing now? Almost Feb:)

hoping to wait for pos OPK and then DTD twice on that day, perhaps once first thing the following morning (so 2-3 attempts within 24hrs)... although some cycles I've not got a peak on my CBFM so hoping this cycle isn't one of them!

Grrr... I just deleted my whole post on accident! That's what I get for replying on my phone!

They've been blank or faint... And a couple have had a sliver of the line look a similar color to the control line, but still without a doubt negative. My worry is I somehow just missed an LH surge.

However, cervix was high (have to squat to get high enough to touch cervix), same thing yesterday and this morning. Have had very little CM but yesterday I managed to get enough that was very ewcm like and pretty stretchy. But it was still a small amount. This morning I got very little as well but it had stretch to it still. I have a hard time trying to decide if cervix is open or not or soft or not. If I had O'd maybe right before or had a surge right before the day I started testing on the 15th, my cervix would have lowered by now, surely? I'm still holding onto hope. We'll just keep DTD...

DP has been abstaining so he will be very pleased:running: lol! He and DS1 are at the cricket tonight so i havent told him yet.
Now I'm just not sure when to DTD. I still have heaps of EWCM so I'm wondering how long i should wait. I've heard of lots of women having boys from 2 day cut-off and since we are only doing the one attempt i would actually prefer to DTD on O day - but for me it's just too hard to tell exactly when that is. I am due for Rephresh tonight and havent taken my Zyrtec yet (i usually take it before i go to bed) so i am wondering whether we DTD in the morning before DP goes to work. But since it is school hols my DS's are getting up early to watch cartoons so i dont know if we can do it in peace, kwim? But i wonder if tomorrow night is too far away? Eek...I just dont know:think:

Lala, love those smileys! You are right, it is really hard to pinpoint exactly when O will be. I have had some months where I O the same day as I get a +OPK though, so don't leave it too long. All the best for your attempt.

Hi,

9 dpo might be too early! I did that with my first time trying and there was a line and then it went away...it might have been there but did not stick. THen again, how cool would it be to see it come in and get darker and darker! Mocha had that happen!!! I think it was 10 dpo though. GL and let us know!!!!

I *think* it was 10dpo this time, but lately I've been wondering more and more if FF was right and I actually O'd later than I thought, which would mean I was 8-9dpo. In my pregnancy last Fall, I got my BFP at 9dpo, with ds3 it was 11dpo, and with my twins it was 8dpo!

I just got a decent amount of CM that was very stretchy and clear just a bit ago... don't know if it could be partly hubbo stuff or not but he only released shallow.

I'm getting hopeful now as the cervix is still high. If I haven't O'd yet... I hoe we aren't doing anything boy friendly by having started early!

I guess it doesn't matter. I was due to use repHresh the day before yesterday but didn't because I wasn't sure what was happening. Think I should use more today?

I'm telling you what, I feel like we were meant to "meet" each other. We had our attempt around the same time, we're around the same age, we've got all the same symptoms, and we're going to test around the same time. Katie & Pinkin:
For what it's worth, I got a pos preg test with EPT without FMU at 9 or 10 dpo. The next day I tested without FMU on a FRER and got a much better line. (The EPT one was faint!) I wasn't going to test early, but I'm glad I did! I think FRER are very, very accurate at detecting early pregnancies, so I would definitely use them if you want to test early!

Hope & Lemon: you ladies are so fab and so lovely and sweet! Thanks for the kind words!

Surgena, I think it's good that you are still BD'ing anyway. Like I said, I did not get a pos OPK but here I am, pregnant, so I must have either missed my surge or my urine was too diluated to give me an accurate test. Still, I think it's a little odd that some of your OPKs have been blank?

Peony, I am soooo EXCITIED that your time to baby dance for that girl is almost here!!!!! Can't wait to here about your attempt!!!

Tested again in the afternoon, around 5 pm, with a FRER... not after holding my pee for super long though, and got a BFN again. Have not tested today. Can't help feeling like I'm out this cycle, though... since the FRER is super sensitive and BFN yesterday. Am I crazy? Do I still have a chance this cycle?!?

Hopefully, you’ll never have to temp b/c you’ll be getting your BFP in about 2 wks(ish)…:cheer:

DH takes cal-mags everyday as he’s done forever…I was going to have him stop but didn’t. I am just letting him do his thing and concentrating more on what I’m taking. FWIW, he is taking Liq Root 2x a day along w/cranberry. I’ve asked him to lower his meat intake at work and to avoid all red meat. I don’t cook meat at all for him at home.

KD, it’s still a bit early. Don’t give up hope yet! I’m hoping your BFP will sneak up on you and you won’t have to go the Clomid route!

We totally need a spreadsheet on who O’d when and who’ll be testing when b/c I can’t keep track! I’m so excited for our 2ww’ers and there will be so much testing going on very soon for a big group of you all! The next few wks will be very exciting!

Do you have white little bumps on them? I forgot what they're called but they come out when you're preg and they make me itch...

Katie, big boobs sounds promising!

Suregena, sending you O VIBES!!! Temping is waaaaay easier than I thought it would be and I highly recommend it. I thought I’d just try it for a month and to see what happens and it turns out that even waking up at different times still gave me a clear picture of my cycle and I was easily able to pin-point O that first time temping. Hopefully, you’ll never have to temp b/c you’ll be getting your BFP in about 2 wks(ish)…:cheer:

Amari, do you think you O'd on the 16th or 17th? YAY!

Rainbow, will you O in the next 5 days or so?

I know! I lose track of where everyone is too!

I could OV any time within the next 6 days. My OPK is just starting to fade in now, but had a temp drop this morning that I normally get a couple of days before OV so it will hopefully be Monday!

only issue is that I have my mum and 2 sisters coming to stay today and they're staying until Monday... so it means food-wise it won't be so good this weekend and it might be fun having to BD while they're here if I get my peak on Sunday!

Rainbow, it's always a bit challenging w/house guests around! Do the best that you can! It's the 2ww which is the most crucial (at least for the health of the bub) but I know you've been working so hard towards swaying for your girl. :HH: I  you get her soon.

I'm not sure where I am. I suspect I actually O'd on Wed. FF tried to give me crosshairs today meaning that I O'd on Tues but I'm thinking it didn't happen then. I usually get a bit down/emotional the day of O so I'm thinking it was Wednesday. I am just thankful that O probably happened, BFP or not.

I wish I had temped, myself. :/ I've been able to listen to my body spot on before, and could tell when ovulation as soon just by paying attention. I think I completely underestimated how herbs and diet would affect me. I have had two negative OPKs but my cervix is STILL high... so... fingers crossed. :(

It's my son's 2nd birthday on Sunday and it will be painful to not indulge in homemade cinnamon rolls, cookies, cake, homemade pizza, etc. I made a test batch of the cookies and can barely resist them. Still within my limits, but I had two last night and two today. Give me strength to resist a third. :(

I was going to say for February's thread we should have a list like a roll call! But hopefully all of you in the two week wait will have your BFP's so we won't need to!

I am considering giving OH magnesium, but I have read that magnesium can raise pH. Could I be undoing all my hard work to lower OH's pH by giving him magnesium? Do your OH's take it?

I have Dh taking Cal/Mag. I looked into this and if Mag/Cal actually sways I have it covered by having DH on it. I don't take it because I don't want the extra nutrients. He also takes cranberry and licorice root.

Another BFN (using an FRER) last night on 10 dpo, after holding pee for 4 hours. I think I am out. Of course, this morning I get up and my temps keep going up. This is so frustrating. I forgot how frustrating TTC is!! KraizyDaizy, looks like you are in the same boat as me and I'm sorry!
