Atomic, sorry for asking the same questions over and over again but the more I read, the more I get confused!! I want to BD every 2-3 days protected from end AF through to +opk. And than I want to bd unprotected the Night of +opk, the next day in the Morning and night. That makes the 3 attempts after +opk.
So once i get +opk i will go for 3 attempts; evening of +opk, am of next day then pm of that day. From then continue EOD in case of delayed O. Because you recommended in an another thread to do that. You said: “I would still keep BD every other day for a few days to be sure you're covered in case of delayed ovulation”.
So that’s why I chose for bd on:
O-1 +opk
O (I hope so and bd at am and pm)
I will skip the next day and continue on;
O+2
O+4
O+6
Is this bd pattern blue friendly? And Can I , among other things, increase my chances for a son?
In some parts, I'm also unsure of my diet. I will explain bellow:
- I do not manage to eat 9 to 11 servings of fruit and veggies every day. Would that hurt my sway?
- I have no idea how many calories I eat a day. I eat 3 meals and snacks during the day. I make sure that each meal contains protein and carbs. but I have no idea how many calories I get an average day. Would that hurt my sway?
- Few days before o I have sticky and creamy cm but after that I will not get ewcm. How can I get more ewcm? I've read somewhere that drinking lemon water and or grapefruit juice will increase ewcm. Is that true? What would you advice to get more ewcm? I want also use preseed.
I hope you can answer all my questions so I can start the sway more confidently. Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi and Welcome!
Your BD pattern you want to do seems great!
If you’re eating 3 meals and having snacks, you’re most likely getting enough calories. Make sure you’re eating nutritious foods, and you should be fine! The 9-11 servings are a guideline and not a hard and fast rule.
Regarding EWCM, some people don’t notice it even when they make normal amounts. You can drink lemon water if you wish (it won’t hurt). Using preseed as a lube is also fine if you wish to use it. Another way to increase CM is just to increase your overall fluid intake. I seem to notice I have more CM when I’m nursing than when I’m not, because I drink more when I’m nursing.
🤞🏻for you!

Yes, that pattern is great and very much what I did when I got my boys.
the 9-11 fruit and veggies is just a goal to aim at. It is ok if you fall short of that goal
You don't need to count calories for blue. You can just let your weight be your guide as well - very small amount of gain is ok, don't gain too much, don't lose. Protein + carbs at every meal and snack.
Many people use Guaifenesin to increase cervical mucus. Drinking more fluids esp. grapefruit juice and lemon water is great too.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
